ON- SITE REGISTERATION SHALL ALSO BE AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT THE CONFERENCE

Note:

A fee of 10,000 PKR or 100 USD shall be charged per accompanying person for consultants who wish to bring guest. Up to 3 accompanying persons are allowed per registration. This option is available to consultants only.
Students must attach or provide a copy of their student or at registration.
Allied Sciences (paramedical staff, rehabilitation & mental health professionals, biotechnologists etc.) must attach or provide a copy of their license or employee ID at time of registration.

How To Register?

**** Only selected sessions marked accordingly in the event schedule are open for individual registration. Participants registered for single sessions are not eligible for full session benefits including, refreshments and souvenirs.

We are offering on-site as well as online registrations.
On- site registration shall be available throughout the conference at the registration desk.
To register online for the conference, please fill the Registration Form. The registration process consists of five easy steps:

⦁ Fill out the personal data form and select your registration fee
⦁ Pay on-line by debit/credit card or bank transfer
⦁ Attach the proof of payment (POP)
⦁ Receive a registration confirmation email within 24 hours

Please ensure that the name of the meeting and of the participant is stated on the bank transfer.
Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.
Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department with a valid proof of payment (POP). An email confirming the registration will only be sent after verification of the proof of payment. This can take up to 24 hours.
Invalid proof of payment or incomplete registration fee shall lead to a ‘not approved’ registration status.
